Regional Seminar On Localizing Global Agendas

Bambang Susantono, Vice-President for Knowledge Management and Sustainable Development of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) underscored the critical role of subnational governments in achieving global targets during his opening remarks on 27 September at the Localizing Global Agendas event in HQ. The 3-day event, jointly organized by ADB and DeLoG, was exploring current approaches by countries and development partners to localize global agendas such as the Sustainable Development Goals, Habitat III, and the Paris Agreement. A main focus was placed on  the SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities) and SDG 13 (Climate Change).
